If I could give 6 stars I would! My carpets had been down for 10year plus and with 4 people and 3 dogs in the house they get a LOT of wear especially the stairs (& the odd doggie accident). Gareth did an amazing job. I’m really happy with the end result and they smell so clean and fresh. Very professional, arrived promptly and very reasonable price. Gareth is an expert in all things carpets, he was very thorough with the job and gave us an excellent talk through on what he was doing which reassured us that we had called the right guy! I just want to say a massive thank you to Gareth. He has completely transformed my carpets from top to bottom. Gareth explained what he was going to do as the machinery looked very technical. A very thorough and professional job through out the whole house and very reasonably priced. There's nothing I can fault. From carpets that I didn't think were to bad, I was very wrong. They look brand new. He was tasked with a few stains but after perseverance I can say they are gone. One very happy customer and would a 100% recommend. You will be suprised at the dirt that the super duper machines pull out. 5 star rating from me.
